St. Francis de Sales Catholic High School is a Catholic Christian high school set in Defiance, Ohio and featured on Glee: The Unitards. The school grounds itself have never actually visually been seen on the show, but the school has been mentioned several times. The glee club at the school is The Sensational Singers, the lead member of the club being Lilly Penelope, a rich schoolgirl who moves to Defiance from Lima, and buys a glee club for her new school with her parent's money. They competed at Sectionals, but came in second place. Their mascot is St. Francis of Sales, a French-born man, who was later canonized and named the patron saint of writing, and authors.
